In our initial approach to this idea of God we must distinguish between the everywhereness of omnipresence versus ubiquity.  Omnipresence is the transcendent everywhereness encompassing all individuality, whereas ubiquity is the immanence of engaging each individuality from within, a quality of Mother Deity. God is everywhere present; the Universal Father rules the circle of eternity. This ability to be everywhere present, and at the same time, constitutes his omnipresence. God alone can be in two places, in numberless places, at the same time. The Universal Father is all the time present in all parts and in all hearts of his far-flung creation. It is literally true that God is all and in all.

Commentary after Review

We revisited the idea that the singular nature of goodness (perfectness) existing in the central universe exists differentially as perfectingness, in each superuniverse as it is qualified and conditioned in a sevenfold downstepped individuation. Of course, while immersed within the time-space domain we creatures can never appreciate or recognize the nature of the other six “flavors” of goodness. Only when arriving on the seventh circuit of Havona, will Paradise pilgrims from all seven supercreations be confronted with the other six expressions and there begin to develop a relationship with the supersummative unity of all seven varieties of goodness. Nevertheless, the relative perfect-perfecting paradigm can find traction in our mortal musings while yet earthbound.

In our efforts to expand our ideas of God, here we are after finishing only Paper 2 of this revelation being challenged by divine qualities as his infinite nature. Hardly reconciled by our provincial notions of God, this complex and profound revelation can help the genuine seeker construct a coherent and consistent philosophy, a big picture of the cosmos beginning with an infinite nucleus. Only by abandoning the finite anthropomorphic notions of God and embracing the ideal of his infinite nature can our quest for the real God begin.


Paper 3 The Attributes of God

God’s everywhereness is declared in connection with his rule of the circle of eternity—his transcendence, encompassing all of time and space. Listen to our discussion using simple geometric terminology in our attempt to grasp some notion of this transcendent engagement. God’s rule in the local creations of time and space is discovered in the easily discernable and personal Paradise Creator Sons and subordinate intelligences.

God’s creatorship, while not exactly an attribute pervades all his coordinated attributes. Therefore, God being a coordinate fact challenges any notions of simplistic monotheism. Building on that which has come before, note the statement of the first part of the second sentence of Paper 1, “First think of God as a creator…”, which logically implies the truth of the Fatherhood of God. Further, section one of Paper 2, The Infinity of God, presented as an aspect of the nature of God logically leads to a consideration of God’s everywhereness.

  • The only way to construct a genuine top-down worldview is to start with an infinite nucleus.
  • It's easy for intelligent people to reject the notion of a finite god.

  • "God is everywhere present." what's the interpretation?
    • Option 1: He's in time and space, and he's just really really big.
      • this would be "ruling the sectors of time", which is his Creator sons.
    • Option 2: He's transcendent, so all of time and space is a dot to him.
    • this would be ruling "the circle of eternity".


  • Perhaps we could imagine time being a line passing through a point in space. But that's not how the Universal Father works.
    • What "rules" a circle? The centerpoint. So as an analogy it's as if god is a circle that can be overlaid over any point in space.


  • Why the "whirling" word flourish? Because it's a universe of motion.
  • First, think of God as a creator.
    • This from Paper 1 is reinforced here in the preface of Paper 3's 3rd paragraph.

    • All places versus any place.
    • Any place suggest singular points, one at a time. That's ubiquity.
      • a ubiquitous God is down with the points, touching them all at the same time.
    • But omnipresence is transcendent of all points--that's how it achieves touching all of them.
    • Transcendent versus immanent. Omnipresent versus ubiquitous. God the Father versus God the Mother.

    • Pantheism??? No. Note the word true instead of factual.
    • Panantheism? (all in God)? Though this involves transcendence, the 5th ER is presenting something far more sophisticated. Panantheism is an old wineskin.
    • Sure, all previous -isms have a thread of truth to them, but try to avoid interpreting the 5th ER through the lens of those old wineskins.

    • And badness given form in your mind can tear away at the Adjuster. It experiences this alongside you.
    • The stuff you willfully drag into the upper domain of the hourglass analogy of mind disrupts this influence from God.

    • Personality is individuated Deity. So are Adjusters, but in a prepersonal sense
