Episode:Our Local System of Inhabited Worlds—Headquarters (Part 2)

From Symmetry of Soul

Jerusem is indeed a foretaste of paradisiacal glory and grandeur. However, this first world of detention in the Paradise journey is far more material than spiritual. Relative to higher architectural worlds, the system capitals are unique in that they are the only worlds which exhibit well-nigh perfectly all three phases of universe existence: the material, the morontial, and the spiritual.

Summary by David

Humility

After the review, we spoke briefly regarding the immensity of Jerusem in comparison to our sun, and our planet. When speaking of those enormous spheres, it begins to sink into our minds the proper humility that is being asked of us to have in relationship with the revelation. There is simply so much more going on that is completely unrelated to you and me. Its going to take a great deal of humility to find our place in this vast system and any thoughts of aggrandizement of ideas must be challenged and rejected by just that little bit of reflection alone. Our world is in the process of tearing civilization apart because of the infinitely absurd reluctancy of its individuals to humble themselves in the face of an infinite reality. The last thing you want to do with this revelation is use it to further exalt your self in this delusional way. It's most unfortunate that the purpose of this emergency revelation is to give man the insight into the natural smallness that he must possess to survive, and instead it's used as a tool to just continue down the all to familiar path of "You're not the boss of me."

Place a guard upon your vision, with a determination to be revealed to, and humbly recognize we only have only two choices:

  • Humility. It's my will that His will be done, or
  • Pride. It's my will that my will be done.

No matter how much knowledge you obtain in this short life, it vastly pales in comparison to what you do not know. There is an artform in always placing what you're becoming above your current being.

In other words, be cognizant of the vast ignorance you possess, and determined to rid yourself of as much of it as possible with the finite time you have left here on your native sphere.

The Paradoxical self

Because humans are encircuited in the holy spirit, no matter how much we reject God, or how primitive we are conceptually, you have an unrecognized sense that God loves you as if you were the only individual in all of existence. A shadow casts down from that recognition into our lowly minds, and it's increasingly easier for that vague sense to be taken into a false-exaltation extreme. This unqualified fact knows no bounds of false exaltation. All of us can recall a time where we most ignorantly assumed something as fact, or good, only to shamefully regret the sudden awareness that we made a life altering choice that had both temporal and eternal implications.

The result of combining that unconscious recognition of the Father's absolute love with the incessant clamoring of inescapable self for recognition and honor is pride. Without that awareness humans would be incapable of forming pride. Ironically, the oft-referenced Bertrand Russell was quoted as responding to the question of whether or not he would die for his beliefs. He replied, "Of course not...after all, I may be wrong." This reviewer see a combination of extreme self-exaltation by not attributing the source of all things and beings to God, and a surprising humility in the unwillingness to conclude his thoughts to be innately divine as evidenced by his remark "after all, I may be wrong". Indeed it is sad that a talented thinker was unwilling to display even the faintest flicker of faith.

Contrasting Domains

At the nucleus of a genuine religionist, there's an unquestioning and undoubting loyalty to the Universal Father. However, that is contained within a vessel of nothing but questioning. We must develop a very aggressive questioning self of all of our own thoughts, as well as the thoughts expressed by others, lest we fall victim to the deceptions of fallacy, and the seductions of sophistry because of our lazy, unreflective, and credulous minds. To be an aggressively questioning self is to be wise as serpents, predicated on being as harmless as doves with our unquestioning inner core. It's of the utmost importance to place a guard on that unquestioning self that keeps it contained within that vessel so that we do not allowit to spill beyond the confines of that vessel and into the outer life where everything must be aggressively questioned.

46:2 Physical Features of Jerusem (cont'd)

Beginning at minute 48, we take notice of the line that says "no survival of the fittest", and the importance of not overplaying that. Of course, there's no physical survival of the fittest, however, there is most certainly a mindal as well as a spiritual survival of the fittest modality in play until we fuse with our Adjusters. The entirety of the mansion (probation) world experience is that very test we must pass.

To further illuminate the line of "the ten standard divisions of physical life", we moseyed on over to [43:4-6] where they describe those ten divisions of material life, and they tell us if we were to view those ten divisions we would quickly classify the first three as vegetable and the last three as animal, but we would be utterly unable to comprehend nature of the intervening four groups of prolific and fascinating forms of life. The differentials between what we think of as animal here on Urantia, and the animals on these architectural worlds is utterly beyond our wildest imagination. Of course, the Archangel who authors this paper never misses an opportunity to verbally kick our ball on the roof of the neighbor's house like Biff in Back to the Future as he reminds us of our grotesque limitations and inabilities of comprehension. They do, however, throw us a bone and put our fearful curiosity at ease when they tell us that there are no carnivorous creatures there, and nothing in all of Edentia to make any living being afraid.

The vegetable life consists of both material and morontial energies; the material growth still has chlorophyll and is green, but the morontial equivalence of vegetables has a violet hue. Even the animal life is beyond our youthful Dr. Seuss-inspired variations of imaginative possibilities, but it doesn't stop this reviewer from taking a poke to the croak with a spoke in a flight of adventure in my mind. The importance of these descriptions they give us is in noticing how our initial thoughts of heaven, that of it being this mystical plane of existence, isn't too far fetched when we reflect how far even vegetables and animals are from our own imaginations. Basically, nothing could be described to us in a way that would give our imaginations even a fighting chance.

Truth Seeker

The big takeaway they challenge us to recognize, via insight, is the necessity of thinking about that which is beyond this life. We see the significance with brevity when we courageously and independently sincerely attempt to rid ourselves of every [[concept frame]] and [old wineskin|wineskin]] we have ever had about every thing, and every being, ever.

With our limited viewpoints, we've constructed false segmented worldviews on foundations of error, and evil, and in a secular and Luciferian society. To exhibit the creature willingness to relinquish everything we have ever known, and gracefully start from scratch? This is what is means to be a truth seeker! Seeking after truth means you embody that fundamental humility, and have of your own volition declared "teach me Mother, grace me with insight." It's the blaring horn of ignorance that foolishly declares "I know what an oxygen molecule is," or "I know what a field of grass is," or "I know what God is." No, no you don't. And if man was left to his own thoughts he would most certainly be caught navel gazing from here through to the mansion worlds when suddenly and without notice his nose ring would lead him right into annihilation. The Mad Magazine face comes to my mind with a "What, me worry?" thought bubble above it.

Feast of Conceptual Beauty

Be sure to go to the archive and listen around the hour and thirty minute mark to hear of the perfected logistics of the enormous amphitheaters that entertain a sold-out crowd of five billion souls night after night. You may want to get your name on that waiting list now if you're to beat the traffic in and out of the only show in town.

Closing Thoughts

In general, when you're reading the book, you have only one eye in play, and step one is to address that with a self-managed motive and begin to pause and attempt to also see with the eye opposite of your natural biased consciousness. In conclusion, this reviewer took away from this broadcast: Be humble, never fall for the deceptive self-delusions of being satisfied with anything you think you know. Steadfastly hold to your unquestioning loyalty in your inner life, and never cease to question everything in your outer life. Dare to dream of that which is beyond this life, and courageously recognize and swiftly fill the void of ignorance in your own mind through education that sharpens and develops those innate insights we're all mercifully granted access to through grace alone.
