Episode:Our Local System of Inhabited Worlds—Headquarters (Part 3)
Each of the Jerusem nonnative residential reservations consists of seven concentric and successively elevated circles. They are all constructed along the same lines but are of different sizes and are fashioned of differing materials. They are all surrounded by far-reaching enclosures, which mount up to form extensive promenades entirely encompassing every group of seven concentric circles.

Commentary after review
After the review, we took a trip back to [46:2.8] and talked in more detail about the frequency and the speed of the transport seraphim. We discussed the escape velocity of our world being almost 7 miles per second which is over 25,000 of our miles per our hour. It's easy to understand how difficult it is to create a rocket that can leave Earth's gravity pull. We went on to calculate what is needed to escape the gravitational pull of Jerusem and it was some fairly easy math. For the full conversation tune into the broadcast at 26 minutes in.
This conversation was not some fuzzed out discussion about material reality but based on real facts that are given in the revelation. We note that God's love and law are applied with absolute precision. Understanding these facts gives us the tools that many of us can use to create that balance.
This book captures the truth of both science and religion as they reveal it to us from the top down. And with that, we have the superadditive possibility of using the Spirit of Truth for the first time and discovering something transcendent of both science and religion.
46:5 The Jerusem Circles
We are presented with the 7 major groups of universe life living in the residential reservations called the Jerusem Circles. A comment was made about how this list compares to the list of transition worlds and their functioning. The revelators give us enough detail to humbly begin to understand that this universe of universes that we progress through has many parts. Those parts are sorted and sifted as that progression plays out. It's a bit like a symphony with various harmonies playing at one time in one location and then again in a different way in another sector.
The first area they discuss is the Circles of the Sons of God. We note that they have their own world, which is delineated as the 5th one in the list of transition culture worlds. In addition, we noticed that they are talking about the work areas of these Sons, not the area where they are living out their personal lives. Putting it simplistically, we can think of having a personal and loving relationship with the Sons in their Transition culture world, but the relationship in the Circle area is where they are doing their work, and this work reflects the law of God.
We marveled at what the scene must be like when we are finally able to gaze upon these concentric and successively elevated circles that look down on, one upon the other. Each promenade has a wall which is constructed of crystal gems of gleaming brightness. This is the vision that John Zebedee was given and is now retold in Revelation 21:21 where they go into great detail about the various gems and jewels the he thought were used in these gates. The book describes 50,000 gates on the bottom innermost rung of these circles. This goes up to 150,000 gates on the outer tier of the circle. Try and imagine a stadium with that many entry gates!
The revelators remind us about how, at the very center of these Sons of God circles, their activities center around judgment and adjudication. We are continually reminded about the law of God and the cooperative subordination that all beings, high and low, must attain. The falsehoods of Lucifer may deceive those who lack the insight to penetrate into the sophistry that the love of God takes precedence over the law of God.
We, though, are equipped to discern the fact—the law—and the love of God because of the grace of our encircuitment in the Holy Spirit.
The third Circle is devoted to the Melchizedeks. We talked about how, in the writing and rewriting of the Gospels that the conversations happening between Abraham and God are really between Abraham and Melchizedek. A lot of oral tradition has come down about Machiventa Melchizedek. When mention is made of him in the book of Hebrews it shows what an important part of our planetary history he has been. The planetary receivers are the ones sitting in these Circle areas putting together various things like they did when they helped write parts of this revelation.
We noted that the Fourth Circle is the home for the Vorondadeks and other, unrevealed orders of visiting and observer Sons. These include not just the local Sons but the Paradise Sons as well. Perhaps it would be one of these Sons who works in the Fourth Circle who would make an appearance here on earth to further our progress someday?
When talking about the fifth Circle, the abode of the Lanondadeks, we learned that they, along with the System Sovereigns and the Planetary Princes, all mingle with each other while at home in this domain.
We continued to marvel at the sheer size of this sphere and wondered at what they all DO there! We can imagine that the Life Carriers must need a lot of space for their intriguing work, but what could take up so much space for the work of the Lanonadeks? Chris conjectured there might be a neverending sea of bureaucratic cubicles as far as the eye can see which made David cringe. He didn’t want to imagine there were cubicles on these heavenly abodes!
We learned that the seventh circle is the rendezvous of the ascending sons, including all ex-mortals above the status of Jerusem citizens but below that of finaliters. These are not Jerusem citizens. They are from the constellation level or above and they are working in this area and that could include even mortal ascenders from way up on high.
When they mention various beings who have been “assigned” they are referring to those involved in long-term work tasks relative to the System. They aren’t just ascenders that are passing through.
We learned that 1900 years ago the Michael Memorial was built in the central region of this enormous circular reservation. After its completion 1400 years later, it now serves as the focal point for various activities and those functions of modified management since Michael's bestowal.
The Second residential grouping also consists of seven concentric and successively elevated circles. The first concentric grouping includes Higher Personalities of the Infinite Spirit: Solitary Messengers and their associates. The second is the place for the messenger hosts: Technical Advisers, companions, inspectors, and recorders. The third circle is held by the ministering spirits of the higher orders and groupings.
The fourth circle is held by the administrator seraphim. The fifth is occupied by the planetary seraphim, while the sixth is the home of the transition ministers. The seventh circle is the tarrying sphere of certain unrevealed orders of seraphim. However, the recorders are domiciled in a different location at the Jerusem temple of records. We learned that all records are preserved in triplicate including material, morontia, and spirit form. This is one of the places in the book where they mention spirit as a substance.
The seven circles are surrounded by a panoramic exhibit of Jerusem which is an astonishing 35,000 Urantia miles in circumference, (1.4 times the circumference of the earth) showcasing the progress of Satania's inhabited worlds. It's regularly updated to reflect current planetary conditions. We are reminded that this update included the removal of Caligastia's reign record. This grand promenade, overlooking the angelic circles, will likely be our first stop during our initial visits to Jerusem. This promenade is exquisitely and magnificently embellished.
Then we moved into the 3rd grouping which is the Circles of the Universe Aids. This is the headquarters of the Evening Stars. This administrative sector is among the more recent additions but is the most magnificent of them all, with a monolithic cast crystal at the center.
We wanted to explore more about the Brilliant Evening Stars so we took a detour over to [37:2.5]. We learned they are easily visible to morontia personalities and certain types of supermortal material beings and that this interesting and versatile order possess a spirit force which can be manifested independently of their personal presence. Meaning that they are ubiquitous, much like our Mother Spirit and their personality activity can influence things that are remotely separated from them. They can manipulate the spirit energy of a vast space around them rendering it spiritually fragrant. I have an air freshener going now in an attempt to duplicate their presence.
We finished up talking about the 4th group, the circles of the Master Physical Controllers where ascending mortals and midway creatures are not permitted. Here we would find the dematerializing sector and a series of laboratories wherein the transport seraphim transform material beings.
